Return Policy

Return must be unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. Return must be made within 30 days of the order shipment date. Return must fill out the Return Form on your packing list and pack it with your item(s) in a securely sealed package. Return must be in the original package. Return packages must be returned prepaid by the customer to the address below: OK!DZO 12523 Limonite Ave., STE 440-105 Mira Loma, CA 91752 Within 10 business days after receiving the return, refunds will be issued in the form of credit to the credit card holder. No returns accepted after 30 days. Please note: OK!DZO is not responsible for any return that are lost or stolen while in transit.

How long will it take for my return to process?
